Interlude

Dear readers,
I am saddened to say there will be no w*nky thoughts this week due to a darstedly full schedual.
In the absense of such a post, I'd like to offer you some videos of one a great w*nker of the modern age:
The one and only John Cage.

dance like you mean it.

A friend recently posted a lovely statement on Facebook:
"If we live our lives the right way then everything we do can become a work of art"
I replied that I think life is a work of art, regardless.
        Specifically a dance
(this idea can be followed by most-every race, religion and creed).

For the entire universe is centred in movement--
     the movement of particles
                                   molecules,
                                   atoms,
                                   electrons,
                                   protons,
                                   neutrons,
and other tid-bits invisible to the naked human eye.

Sound
     is but the movement
of air particles brushing against the hair
                                                                   in the ear.

Light
     traverses the expanse of space,

What is art,
     but an object, or
                   movement, or
                   thought
                                     inducing an aesthetic response?

And what is dance,
but a movement which does the same?

 Thus,
What is life, but a series of movements:
                                                              conscious and
                                                              unconscious
                                                              affecting everyone around?

So if life is a dance,
     dance like you mean it:
don't waste it in a monotony of meaningless movements.

Welcome to my blog of w*nk,
